  • • Come Alone: To ensure a comfortable experience for all, please attend your appointment solo. The suite is cozy space, and extra guests cannot be accommodated.

    • Be on Time: Timeliness prevents overlap with other clients. You’ll have a 15-minute grace period; after that, late fees apply.

    • Over 15 minutes late: $30 fee

    • Over 30 minutes late: $50 fee

    • Over 1 hour late: Appointment will be canceled.

    • Feeling Unwell? Please reschedule if you’re experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.

    Street parking is usually available around the building. You can also text or call upon arrival for further guidance if needed.
